HOW I WORK WITH BUYERS

Your home purchase is among the most significant investments you will ever make.  It's important to choose a Realtor who listens and responds to your needs, offers up-to-date knowledge of area market conditions, has strong negotiating skills and gives the highest quality personalized service. 

Whether you are a first time or 'seasoned' Buyer, considering a move to a larger or smaller home, or merely wondering about real estate as an investment, my unique counseling approach will provide a 'plan of action' designed especially to help you make prudent real estate decisions.   

Finding your home takes time, diligence and hard work!  I will pursue this effort with all of the resources at my disposal, negotiate the best price and terms and endeavor to make the escrow process as stress-free as possible for you.  My goal is to ensure a smooth process in the purchase of Real Estate.

As an ACCREDITED BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE, I represent only your interest and owe my loyalty and trust only to you, and I have no legal or other responsibilities to the Seller.  I act in your best interest with the assurance that you have all the lawful protection possible in negotiating your offer to purchase. Only after signing the legally binding "Exclusive Buyer's Representative" contract  will I become your agent.  Then I have a legal obligation to insure the protection of your best interests in every facet of the transaction.

As your Buyer's Representative, I'm able to provide you with any and all information relevant to the transaction.  I have a fiduciary responsibility to you; therefore, I can be more forthcoming with any negative aspects about properties that you're investigating to purchase.  As your personal ally, advocating your best interests, I'm obligated to provide you with maximum information about buying a home, each step of the way.  That means disclosing specifics about location, property values, offering price, negotiations, counter offers, contingencies, financing, and the entire closing process. Armed with such vital and detailed information, you'll be thoroughly prepared to make decisions that are right for you and your family.

From pricing to material condition, I 'm committed to insuring that no stone is left unturned.  In the negotiation phase of the purchase I can, as your Buyer's Agent, fully harness all my skills to insure that your best possible deal is the one that is made.  It's about loyalty and commitment.

I specialize in residential property sales and know all of the area's finest neighborhoods, because I've lived in most of them!  I'm looking forward to filling you in on the little details that make each neighborhood unique.  The most satisfying aspect of my career is when I've helped a family with what might be their largest single lifetime investment...buying a home.
