One of the many services I offer to my clients is to utilize my experience as an Accredited Staging Professional.  For example, I'll make thoughtful recommendations about how you can inexpensively enhance and update your home, in order to achieve the highest possible sales price.  And I believe that for every dollar you spend to update your home, you'll get back 2-3 times as much as you put into updating it, using my suggestions, and your home will sell more quickly too!  I work with a team of home improvement service providers to assist with your home repairs and upgrades.

To further enhance the services I provide, I have enlisted the professional services of real estate attorneys, qualified financial planners, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, certified public accountants, title companies, escrow holders, pest control companies, home inspection companies, moving companies, packing and unpacking companies, and other real estate-related services who make up my referral network of service providers. My team of experts will lend their understanding, expertise and support, even before the anticipated transition begins.  And, of course, I'll be with you each step of the way to coordinate the details and help make your move a pleasant one!
