ONE MORE THING YOU SHOULD KNOW:
Since I began my career as a Realtor in 1992, I have represented both homebuyers and sellers.  However, when I represent a seller in the marketing and sale of their home, I chose to NEVER represent a buyer who wants to purchase that specific home.  I have always felt there was a conflict of interest to represent both the buyer and seller on the same property.  That's called Dual Agency. 
 
After we sign the Listing Agreement that states I will market your home for sale, if a buyer wants to purchase your home and that buyer does not already have an established relationship with a Realtor, I will refer that buyer to another trusted Realtor, usually a manager within the RE/MAX Estate Properties organization, who will represent the buyer to purchase any of my listings. 
 
I work with Buyers and Sellers in the Palos Verdes Peninsula, which includes Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, and Rancho Palos Verdes, as well as the South Bay cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Lomita, and San Pedro.
